I signed up to Be just over a month ago. The promise of 24meg broadband was a good carrot to dangle. It caught me. Unfortunately I only get 0.9meg. Not quite the lightning speed promised. Customer support is okay I guess. They promise to get back to you within 24 hours and actually manage to do it within 4 days (I've seen worse). I asked them if I could go onto the cheaper 8meg package as they blatantly miss-sold me but they waved the contract at me and said I had to pay 12 months at the high rate for the service they knew they could not provide. Perhaps they have been good for other customers but my experience over the past 6 weeks has not been positive and I strongly urge any potential customer to tread carefully. ***BeBroadband? Buyer Beware!***

Yeah, we list Be Broadband at www.broadbandgenie.co.uk and it does seem to be really popular - gets some excellent reviews. I think Be appeals particularly to the "tech" consumers because it's such high spec and isn't a household name. We like the fact they're not just reselling BT wholesale broadband, but are trying to genuinely create a good new broadband products

I've used bebroadband for about 5 months now and get really good customer service and great speeds. It's always hard to believe as most people complain about broadband providers rather than compliment them - but not had any issues with be broadband so far.
