I don't have the Special Anniversary Edition, but have had the Game Boy Micro since December of 2005 and I love it. The battery life is literally 10 hours plus, I believe I have only charged it up 5 times. This new Game Boy is made of metal and just simply feels well-built in your hands. Highly recommended.
